Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Baby Brands cc t/a Baby Banz will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Three choices of deliver method are offered:
- Econoparcel: Takes up to 6 working days – collect from Post Office
- Speed services to counter: up to 2 day s– collect from Post Office
- Courier to Main Hubs and Countrywide = Up to 5 days CT, KZN, JHB – delivery to door
All postal services come with a tracking number – please contact your nearest post office if your parcel has not arrived within the allotted delivery time. Alternatively, you can contact the Post Office Track and Trace system on 0860 111 502, or for Speed Services queries, please contact them on 0860 023 133. Periods of strikes at the post office will affect post office deliveries and you will be advised if the post office is on strike and an alternate delivery must be chosen and the difference paid by the purchaser.
When you click to make a purchase with us we will acknowledge receipt of the order via an email and a further email will be returned to you with the relevant banking details for an electronic payment or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Our products are not returnable but if the size is incorrect and the items have not been worn we will view each case on it’s own and the right of the decision remains with Baby Brands cc. If you are unsure of size, please consult our sizing guide, or visit one of our stockists to try garments on alternatively call or email Baby Brands cc to establish if your choice is correct.
Any returns or refunds which attract a courier or postage cost either to or from Baby Brands are for the customers account.
Baby Brands CC endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).
Baby Brands CC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
All transactions will be in South African Rands (ZAR)
We will forward an invoice with banking details for you to do an electronic funds transfer or direct deposit.
